A Memorable Trip to Taman Budaya

On October 17th 2009 which was Saturday, me and other English Language for Learned Sophomores or also known as ELS, went for a trip to Kuala Lumpur. Actually the purpose of the trip was to watch a play called ASYLUM. All of us were enthusiast to go to KL. We had a great fun in the bus.hehe.

We had to wake up early on that day because we need to gather in front of the main hall at 0745. Of course, there were certain people who did come a bit late. But it did not become a big issue on that moment because Madam Chia still has not arrived.

After 10 minutes of waiting, Mdm Chia as well ass her daughter finally arrived with a big smiling face. That was pretty releasing our nerves. Without further delay, after giving a short speach, we depart from our beloved college at 0815. On the way to KL, we stopped by at Temerloh's Rest and Relax to have our breakfast for about half and hour. But it was proceeding until one hour. That was quite long since there are some students who were having stomachache. Thankfully, we continue our journey right after that.

I slept all the way unti the next stop that is right before Genting Sempah. It did not take a long time for the rest because it was just a stop to cool down the bus engine. Nevermind...old bus must have their own rest. Then we continue the journey without stopping at any R&R or whatsoever.

Finally at 1330, we arrived at the KLCC. Wow...it was hilarious. Well exccept for those who usually come to this place. I was stunned to see the real building in front of my eyes. I was very thankful of being a citizen in a country called Malaysia. After recieving our pocket money which was RM19 each person, we walked into the Suria KLCC, and went to survey for shirts, T-shirts, blouses and jeans of course. It was totally enjoyable because there are nobody to control our movements especially our parents!

We went for shopping, window shopping and eating. The food at the food court was very delicious. I ate BBQ Chicken Rice and a Pepsi as the drink. My friend, Rosnini, met her boyfriend there. This was her first time meeting this guy. He was quite well-looked and I am glad that their 'dating' was not too over reacting. No touching was allowed as I was their guard. Huhu. Perhaps that memory will be kept in their mind forever. There, I bought some chocholates for my roomates and a T-shirt for my boyfriend. Hope he will like it.

After finishing our meal, we went for another round of each floor of the Suria KLCC. it was tiring indeed. But one thing that I felt quite sad, we could not find the KLCC park! Lastly, we gave up and because of the time constraints, we have to get back to where we started on 1830. At 1830 sharp, all of us were in the bus except for mdm Chia and her daughter once again. 15 minutes after that, they showed up and breathless. Then we continue our journey to our true destination. Taman Budaya, located at Tun H.S Lee Road, was a place full of Malay sensitivity.

After performing Maghrib's Prayer, we had to wait about an hour before entering to the theathre hall. Audience taking their seats and preparing themselves to watch the play. After 10 minuites of waiting, the show finally started. It started with a very pleased clown sort of. After 3 introduction performance, the real play finally started. The show went on for one and a half hour. It was very entertaining indeed! Congrats to the actors and the director as well as the creators of the play. We were highlighted on that day when the director mentioned our college name and what we have gone through in order to reach the destination to watch their play.

Fortunately, we were invited to help them in shooting the last scene of this play which was recorded or filmed by their own cameraman. Wow....that was very appreciatable. We were very honored and big hearted to give our full cooperation. Lastly, we had the opportunity to take pictures with the crews and the actors. Our journey was really paid off.

Our journey of going back home was not astonishing like when we were going to. We were stuck in a traffic jam and our beloved Pak cik Driver made a mistake when our bus, went up to the divider. Most Chinese who were resting there came and gather near our bus and seemed to got angry with our driver. A t that time, I was very scared and nervous if anything went wrong. Lastly, with the help of the second bus driver, our Pak Cik Driver managed to drove us safely out of that 'black' area. Thank to Allah...

We stopped by at the Gompak Petronas to buy some food at McDonald Fast Food Restaurant over there. We stopped for about half an hour before we continue the journey. Finally, without no more stopping, we manage to arrive at MPCIM on 0500 early in the morning. I won't forget this memory untill the last breath of mine..... So sweet of ELS and MPCIM.....

Married VS Study

Which one do you think should come first?

As for me, yes, study should come first. Why? This is because you need to have your own career before proceeding on having other person in your life. Besides, do you believe that men nowadays are looking for women who has a career? It is true. It is mainly because they want to comfort themselves other than recruiting themselves to work 24 seven to gain money.

Having a stabled career wife will ensure that they will have lots of time to spend and lots of things to be talked. Besides, they do not have to think about money constrains because they are comfortable with it. Both of them have their own career.

It is simple. So, to all women and teenagers out there! Proceed your study! Then, you can have the true life with your family and your future husband. I am not saying this to all of you, but I am saying this to myself too..

Hopefully we will be a better person on the becoming year!

Healthy Teenagers Are Facing Risks of Having H1N1

As we all know, H1N1 is about the breathing failure which leads to the increasing number of death. However, today, the number is getting smaller most probably because the vaccine given was helpful to the people.

A study held on the first phase of this virus from the first case from 18th March until 1st June 2009 in Mexico and 16th April until 12th August in Canada also shown that emergency treatment should be followed by follow-up treatment. This is to ensure that the virus should be on the minimum level of that particular person.

As a healthy person especially teenagers, they should take the precaution steps in order to avoid themselves from being one of the victims. Especially for those who loves to do outdoor activities which require them to meet people and interact with them. Parents should play the main role in noticing the symptoms. If their children especially the infants getting any symptoms of this virus, take them to the nearest hospital or any clinic as soon as they can. Infants can easily infected by this virus mainly because their antibody is not as strong and not as optimum as teenagers or adults do.

Early notice do make differences. Trust me...

Looking For Industrial Training Placement

Untill today, I still have not recieved yet any replies from any company. I am quite upset. But, I am still thankful because we do not have to compete with other students from any IPTA since next year, the students are required to have their industrial training as well.

As for Decommers, we find it a little bit hard to find the most suitable place for this requirement because not every companu or organization uses English as their communication medium especially in government section. Perhaps some of non-goverenment may provide the criterion acquired.

Most of my friends already got their practical placement, so this is slowly freaking me out! Hopefully tomorrow is going to be a better day for me!

Hope I could finish this blog as well as my website for both courses. That is all from me on this early morning! See you guys soon...

Twitter Is What You Make It

Writing can be solitary work, but not when you are writing a tech column. Feedback pours in so quickly by emails, on blogs, in online comments. The first time I heard about Twitter was during my e-Learning class with Madam Monisa. Yet, it was something new for me who was a blind in Technology once upon a time.

Basically, Twitter is a website where you can broadcast very short messages until 140 characters, maximum to anyone who sign up to receive them. I t is like a cross between a blog and a chatroom. Most of my friends had sign up for Twitter. Yes, this is something special about technology.... You can create an account for as many web site as you can. Isn't it special?

I found some rules about Twitter and that would be;

1) Don't knock it until you have tried it. This advice goes for everything that you are going to do or experience in life. As in this context, you cannot feel the Twitter unless you try it. So what are you waiting for?

2) You do not have to read all the tweets. It is a norm to check wheter you have a tweet or not but you do not have to read all of it especially when you see that "Following: 400 people." How can you read all the tweets? Read smartly... Skip the unimportant ones and read the importand or imformative ones.

3) Of course, you do not have to answer all the replies mostly if you have hundreds of followers. Fortunately, this is not emails....where nobody espects you to answer everything.

4) Do not worry about the rules.. Use Twitter as you want. Do not let anyone tell youwhat are you doing right now. Isn't simple as ABC....

Just have fun with TWITTER!!!! HAVE FUN GUYS....

Hypermarket Tension

Most of us have done our fair share of shopping at hypermarkets. They are popular because they house everything under one roof, prices are more competitive and heck, it is the day out for the whole family to get out on that day.

But there certain things that you are not just supposed to do. Well, at least not if you are educated at the expenses of other shoppers. Nobody likes a queue jumper, or shoppers who push and shove their way to get what they want. And it is definitely never been accepted to hijack another shoppers' trolley.

There have been instances when people tried to take my trolley when thought no one is looking. Haha. Do you still remember a few years back, when we need to put RM1 coin? Haha. That one was the time when this incident happened.

Was it a tension for you guys? Basically for me, a to-do list should be done before you go to any hypermarket. This is proven to be the best way of avoiding you from being over budget from your shopping. Is anyone agree with me? Or is there anyone of you has much better solution?

Come and share it with me!

Sunday 27th Sept 2009

Today is Syawal 7. In Manir,Kuala Terengganu, there is a boy who lost his index finger and broke another three fingers after he unconciously placed his fingers in the wheeel and the axel while he was repairing his bicycle to be used to school today.

The boy named Muhammad Luqman Hakim Hakim aged 11, a standard 5 said that he did not realize that his fingers were in between the axle until he felt that his hand was numb after he cycled the wheel using his right hand. " I did not realize that my index finger and my other fingers were in the grate axle of the wheel while I cycle it very fast using my right hand. When I felt that my hand was numb, I was shocked that those fingers were stucked in the axle. My little brother was also shokced when he saw that."

"Only God knows how was the pain like. I scream as loud as I can when my index finger fell to the ground".

His mother, Norehan Embong claimed that she was inside their house and rushed outside to see what happened. Her husband, Muda Salleh later sent their son to the nearest hospital. "Thank god, he only lost his index finger eventhough the other finger were broken hence still can be used for his future eventhough it takes time to be cured".

Norehan said, her other child found the other missing finger but still it could not be used because it has been infected with bacteria.
